No, there are no hardware or download requirements to access this product. Jeppesen AIM Studio is a cloud-based application. All you need is an internet connection.

Where do I access Jeppesen AIM Studio?

Jeppesen AIM Studio can be accessed via the web at https://ansp.jeppesen.com on either a computer or mobile device.

When I try to reset my password from the invitation email, it says the temporary password expired. How do I reset my password to create an account?

The temporary password in the invitation email expires after 7 days. If this time period has passed, please reach out to us at [e-mail] to reset your password.

Why do I keep getting logged out of my account?

For enhanced security, we end your session after 15 minutes of inactivity.

How can I add users to Jeppesen AIM Studio?

To add users to your organization, you must be an 'Admin' user.

If you're an 'Admin' user, you can add users by selecting your organization's name in the left side menu > "Organization Management" > "+ Invite User"

Is there a way to expand the map view?

Yes, there is an option to expand the map view, located in the top left portion of the map.

How often is the NOTAM Management page updated?

The dashboard is updated every 60 seconds automatically. You can also refresh the dashboard manually using your browser's refresh button and it will pull the latest data.

Is the NOTAM tool compliant with aviation regulations?

Yes, the tool complies with ICAO Document 8126, Annex 15 and PANS-AIM requirements where applicable.

Does Jeppesen AIM Studio produce NOTAMs in FAA format?

No, Jeppesen AIM Studio only supports producing NOTAMs in ICAO format, in compliance with ICAO 8126, Annex 15.
